and for
each
subsequent offense shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars
($1,000) or
imprisoned in the county prison for not
more than six (6) months, or both.
Any person, firm, association, corporation, or combination thereof
which violates
any provision of KRS 313.520 to
313.530 for which no specific penalty has
been
provided shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor additional
than five
hundred dollars ($500) for the first offense; and for each subsequent
offense shall be
fined not less than one
thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned in the
county prison for
not additional than six (6) months, or both.
