The Department of Corrections shall adopt rules as required to define and operate such a center. 7) Sex offender probation : means a form of intensive supervision, with or without electronic monitoring, which emphasizes therapy and supervision of a sex offender in accordance with an individualized therapy plan administered by an officer who possess a restricted caseload and specialized training.
