The punishment for an offense under this subsection is in the case of murder, the death penalty or imprisonment for life, and in the case of an attempt to murder or attempted use of physical force against any person is imprisonment for not additional than 20 years and in the case of the threat of use of physical force against any person, imprisonment for not additional than 10 years.
